National Interoperability Field Operations Guide (NIFOG)
The NIFOG is a technical reference designed to support incident communications. While aimed primarily at Public Safety users, it also contains information about amateur radio It is available as a PDF file for download.
It is also available as a phone or tablet app. It is listed as “eNIFOG” in the
App Store and Play Store.
Auxiliary Communications Field Operations Guide (AUXFOG)
The AUXFOG is a companion to the NIFOG, but is oriented primarily to Auxiliary
Communicators. IT is available as a PDF for download.

the App Store or Play Store.
Montana Mutual Aid and Common Frequencies Manual 2021
This manual describes emergency communications in Montana. It is particularly focused on communication between jurisdictions in mutual aid situations. It is available as a PDF file for download.
NOTE: Many search engines still list the 2015 version of this manual. Get the
current one from the link above.
The Montana Mutual Aid and Common Frequencies Manual 2021 is not available separately as a phone or tablet app. However, it is included in the “Public Safety Library” app with the name “MT eFOG” (See Below).

Note: This appears to be a later revision than the 2021 manual; there are differences between the two.
You can also download the eNIFOG and eAUXFOG, as well as several other states’ eFOGs into this library. I have not compared the eNIFOG and eAUXFOG versions in the PS Library to the directly downloaded versions.
